Narasimha Reddy Bommaka, CST is a Certified Scrum Trainer (CST) and Founder, Agile Coach at StarAgile Consulting. With over 18 years of experience in the IT industry, specifically in product development and BFSI/investment banking domain, Narasimha has trained more than 10,000 professionals on Scrum, Agile and helped hundreds of teams across many organizations like Microsoft, Capgemini, Thomson Reuters, KPMG, Sungard Availability Services, Knorr Bremse, Quinnox, PFS, Knorr Bremse, Honeywell, MicroFocus, SCB and SLK adopt/improve Agile mindset/implementation. Narasimha is a NIT graduate with 10 years of experience in Agile - Scrum, XP, Kanban and is PMP & PMI ACP & CSP certified Agile Transformation Coach. He specializes in Scrum/XP adoption and has demonstrated excellence in leading and managing multiple project teams having varied skill sets spread across different geographical locations such as Australia, UK, Singapore, US, UAE. Currently, Narasimha is implementing Scrum at the business unit level in his organization and has completed CFA Level 2. He has worked in Agile-based projects for the last 3.5 years in different roles like Lead Software Engineer, Project Manager, Scrum Master, Project Coordinator and has been entrusted with the responsibility to manage, lead a 30+ resources team directing the overall project operations of the division. In his past roles, Narasimha has worked as an Agile Coach, Agile Trainer, Project Manager at Thomson Reuters, a 100-year-old product company offering software services across healthcare, legal, and finance. He has also worked as a Lead Consultant at Headstrong, a global IT consulting firm with a specialized focus in financial services. Narasimha holds a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from NIT Calicut and has completed his Intermediate from KORA Junior College. He has also completed Advanced Product Management from the Institute of Product Leadership. His tech stack includes test, Software Engineer, Senior Software Engineer, and SQL.
